Private group kids classes

This class currently caters to the serendipity school kids but if you have a group of kids who need a fun Movment class please chat with me!

ABQ Homeschool connection

Kids clubs provided by ABQ Home School Connection are a great way to help home schoolers foster community thrive in their interests and maybe get in some of that physical education credit!

Props can give added support for your practice they are tools that are helpful. they are not necessary or an indication that someone’s practice is anything less of another persons. Added support can give an extra richness to our practice allowing us to experience poses deeper and with improved alignment and comfort.
